Green vegetables help reduce diabetes
According to British researchers have shown that the risk for diabetes will actually decrease if patients eat more green vegetables in quantity. In the study, experts studied 20,000 people aged between 30-74 years in countries such as the US, China and Finland to study the relationship between London green vegetables, a decrease of around EUR diabetes.
